Takafumi Goto

Takafumi has advised on numerous M&A deals involving listed shares, including the take-private transactions of listed companies, as well as specialising in capital markets, such as global offerings of shares. He strives to provide practical advice in a timely manner in M&A deals by utilising his experience and understanding in capital markets, and considering the perspective of investors.

Takafumi has a juris doctor degree from the University of Tokyo, School of Law, and an LLM from New York University. He is admitted to practice in Japan and New York.
