Shane Mungur

Shane Mungur is a senior associate in the banking and finance practice at BLC Robert & Associates.

Shane specialises in derivatives and structured finance. He advises international corporations on OTC-traded derivative transactions with Mauritian counterparties. He also forms part of the restructuring/insolvency team and advises on cross-border insolvency, receivership, compromises and schemes of arrangement, among others.

Shane is part of the BLC working group on LIBOR transition. He regularly authors legal articles and is a contributor to BLC Robert’s periodical newsletter ‘Banking & Finance Insights’.
