Punyisa Intarapracha

Ms. Punyisa Intarapracha is an associate in the M&A practice group, and has experience in cross-border M&A, public M&A, corporate finance, joint ventures, general commercial, and foreign direct investments. She has worked with many clients in several sectors, including finance, e-commerce, out-of-home media, digital assets, consumer goods and retail, energy, and manufacturing. Punyisa obtained an LL.B. degree from Thammasat University and an LL.M. degree from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, USA.
