Nour is a junior associate in ADSERO’s banking and project finance department. Since joining the firm, she has worked on reviewing loan, facility, and escrow agreements; drafting and reviewing legal opinions and memos; undergoing processes for due diligence; and providing Central Bank of Egypt-related advice to various clients.
