María Camila Vargas

Maria Camila specialises in financial and corporate transactions, including M&A, acquisition finance, corporate and project finance. She has advised local and international clients from different industries, in local and multi-jurisdictional transactions. 

She graduated from Universidad de los Andes as a lawyer with two minors in business administration and has post-graduate studies in finance from the same university. 

Maria Camila has experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including financial agreements, corporate documents and guarantee agreements.
