Luis Cunha

Luis is a partner at ASAR and the head of the corporate commercial team. He has over two decades of top-tier legal experience on several continents and has assisted international and domestic clients with their mergers, acquisitions, and corporate legal matters, cutting across various sectors.

Luis has been involved in a number of firsts, including the establishment of a company with majority foreign ownership under a hybrid system involving the Kuwait Foreign Direct Investment Law.

He is admitted as an attorney in the High Court of South Africa and as a solicitor of England and Wales.
