The team acted as local counsel on Deutsche Lufthansa’s acquisition of sole control over ITA Airways via a minority stake with additional governance rights. The deal closed in April 2024.
The firm also assisted the EBRD in its assessment of the state of legal transition in its countries of operations. These assessments provided an analysis of the progress of reform and identify gaps and future reform needs, as well as strenghts and opportunities. This project was completed in July 2024.
Vokshi & Lata Law Firm advised a leading amusement park operator from Kosovo on its expansion into the North Macedonian market through the establishment of a new venue in one of the country’s largest shopping malls. The engagement involved advising on the financing arrangements and negotiating a long-term lease agreement. The project was successfully completed in January 2025.

Their work included reviewing and negotiating an English law governed loan agreement, advising on the DSRA mechanics from a Kosovo law perspective, and negotiating and finalizing a Kosovo law governed share pledge agreement, account pledge agreement, mortgage agreement, and assignment of shareholder loans agreement. The transaction closed in January 2024.
