Izuchukwu Ubadinma

In his 14 years of consistent active practice, Izu has displayed versatile experience in commercial corporate services, capital markets, intellectual property, real estate, and regulatory compliance.

Over the years, he has further honed his competence in, and advises a variety of clients on, business start-up formation and regulatory advisory, company secretarial, trust and custodial, investment and family trust advisory, among other related services.

Izu is a partner at DealHQ Partners and heads the capital markets and corporate and regulatory practices of the firm, as well as heading the Abuja office of the firm.

He is a Securities and Exchange Commission-licensed capital markets consultant, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law, a faculty member of the Box Office Hub Entrepreneurship Training Academy, and the coordinator of the BGC Business Incubation Hub.
