Biography
Zeinab Shohdy is a Counsel at Helmy, Hamza & Partners, Baker McKenzie Cairo. She has extensive experience advising on Corporate M&A as well as on Banking and finance. She was recently recognized as "Up and Coming" lawyer in Chambers Global 2023 edition. Zeinab received her LLB from English Language Studies Section, Cairo University in 2011. She also received her LLM in International Comparative Business Law, from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law Indiana University in 2014. Zeinab was admitted to the Egyptian Bar of Association in 2011.
