Yu Xu

Mr. Xu is the managing partner of the Managing Committee of Hylands. He is widely recognized in areas including Restructuring and Insolvency and Dispute Resolution. Acting as administrator, legal counsel of creditors’ committee, creditors or investors, he actively participates and takes the lead in many Restructuring and Insolvency projects of large enterprises. Mr. Xu was recognized as ALB’s 2020 China Top 15 Litigators. He was also the deputy director of the Bankruptcy and Liquidation Committee of Beijing Bar Association and the council member of the Beijing Association of Bankruptcy Administrators.

• Advised PAG in the $ 1.5 billion restructuring project of Zhong Kun Plaza, a real estate company of Beijing.
• Advised Financial Creditor Committee, including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Ping An Bank, Industrial Bank Co. Ltd., etc, in the $220 million Restructuring and Insolvency Project of Dong Lin Company.
• Advised Wanjia Co-Win Asset Management Co. Ltd. and Shenwan Hongyuan Securities in a in the $170 million Restructuring and Insolvency Project of the $1.7 billion Restructuring and Insolvency Project of Fu Long Cheng Real Estate Company.
• Advised China Credit Trust in the $100 million litigation, enforcement and restructuring case against Wanhe Real Estate Company.
