Yohanes Tamba

Yohanes is the Partner of T&K. His practice areas include banking and finance, corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, mining and natural resources, insurance, employment, technology, media and telecommunications.

Prior to establishing T&K, Yohanes was a senior associate at one of the leading law firms in Indonesia. He also has experience working at one of the leading law firms in Indonesia that has an affiliation with an international law firm. He has advanced knowledge in banking and finance, corporate and M&A, foreign direct investment, mining and natural resources, including regulatory and compliance.

He has assisted Indonesian companies and foreign clients on various projects and commercial transactions. He has in-depth experience acting for both Indonesian and international clients, among other manufacturers, the aviation industry, mining companies, venture capital, banking and finance, and state-owned enterprises.
