Ms. Li previously worked at two top tier U.S. investment banks and a U.S. law firm.
Ms. Li mainly focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, overseas listings and public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented a number of PRC-based companies in their initial public offerings on HKSE, NYSE, and NASDAQ, advised various international and domestic funds on their complex equity investments, mergers, and acquisitions and has served many companies to complete their domestic and overseas financing transactions. Ms. Li assists clients in designing transaction structures, drafting transaction documents, and negotiating and handling PRC law-related issues arising in the transactions. Her practice covers a broad range of industries, including military-industry, fintech, human resources, internet, consumer goods, and telecommunications.
