Wang Yi began his legal career with a well-known insurance company in 2006. In March 2017, he joined Llinks as a partner.
Mr. Wang supports a broad range of clients throughout well-known domestic insurance institutions, asset management institutions, private equity funds, trust companies, and so on. He specialises in the areas of asset management and private equity investment, especially insurance asset management. Not only does Wang have rich practice experience in the insurance funds direct investment, private equity investment by insurance funds, real estate investment, overseas investment and insurance asset management companies, but he also is proficient in the establishment and investment of private equity funds, trust plan investment, M&A, and construction and real estate investment and financing.
Mr. Wang is a member of the First, Second and Third Session of the Legal and Compliance Professional Committees of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China (IAMAC). He participated in the co-authoring of IAMAC’s ‘Comprehensive Practice of Risk Management for the Use of Insurance Funds’ (2019), ‘Investment Guide for Foreign Institutions in China's Banking and Insurance Industry’ (2019), ‘Legal Risks and Dispute Resolution Counter-measures for Large Asset Management’ (2021) and ‘Compilation of Laws, Regulations and Regulatory Documents Related to the Use of Insurance Funds’ (2018, 2019).

Ms.Calista Huang received her LL.B. and LL.M. from the Law School of Anhui University. She was qualified to undertake legal securities practice by the Ministry of Justice and the China Securities Regulatory Commission in 2000.
