• Yasuzo Takeno has had extensive experience, since the early 1990s, in advisory work for corporate finance, financial regulation, both domestic and foreign investment managers and investment fund businesses, including structuring, public offerings and private placement of off-shore investment funds in Japan. He also offers legal advice on the day-to-day management of investment fund businesses. He has advised on various innovative funds including investment funds aimed at products with less liquidity such as private equity, real estate and commodities.
