• Advised Proton Holdings Berhad in its equity transaction project for the subscription of 49.9% shares in Proton by Geely.
• Advised FGV Holdings Berhad in the RMB165 million equity transaction project for disposal of 100% equity interest in its wholly-owned subsidiary in China to Grand Industrial Holdings Co. Ltd.
• Advised Bona Entertainment Group in connection with the establishment of first cineplex in overseas.
• Regularly acting for international impact investors, namely responsAbility, Incofin, Triple Jump, Symbiotic, Triodos and various microfinance institutions for their financing transactions (including revolving and loans and equity financing)
