Ms. Song specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing, private equity and venture capital investment, and foreign direct investment. She has represented many Chinese and international companies in a wide variety of cross-border transactions in diverse industries such as biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, information technology and telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, and consumer goods. Ms. Song is highly knowledgeable of PRC industrial policies, structure planning, capital operations, and project management. Ms. Song previously practiced law for many years in the Shanghai offices of King & Wood Mallesons, Gide Loyrette Nouel, and Hogan Lovells.
