• Acted as Bahamian counsel in a complex international finance transaction with respect to the financing of a Bahamian ship with a term loan of 45,561,633.13 revolving credit facility.
• Acted as Bahamian counsel to a collateral agent with respect to the transfer of Bahamian security over several Bahamian registered vessels from one banking association acting as mortgagee to another mortgagee with respect to several ship financing transactions valued at $510 million.
• Acted as Bahamian counsel with respect to the proposed purchase of a commercial complex building in Grand Bahama to house the local university in a central and downtown location valued at $3 million.
