Vicky Louise Borg-Jorgensen

Vicky Borg-Jorgensen is a Senior Associate at ENSafrica in the banking and finance practice.  She specialises in debt capital markets, securitisations, general debt finance, as well as banking and securities law.

Vicky has acted for financial institutions, listed and unlisted companies as well as foreign entities.

Her experience includes the drafting, negotiation and implementation of a wide range of commercial, financial and security-related agreements. Vicky also conducts due diligence investigations and advises on banking and securities law, DMTN programmes, other asset-backed note structures and securitisations.
