Tomoya Shinjo

Tomoya Shinjo has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions spanning acquisition of public companies by means of takeover bids, business integration including corporate restructuring, joint-ventures, and private equity investments. Based on his experience in a German law firm, Tomoya also advises Japanese clients in the expansion of their business in Germany and other European countries. Additionally, Tomoya regularly supports foreign clients (including German and other European companies) that are seeking acquisition of or collaboration with Japanese companies and he also provides foreign clients entering the Japanese market with regulatory advice.
