Biography
Ms. Saleh is the partner of the Firm since 1996. She has strong expertise in the areas of banking, project finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, aviation and automotive. Some of her major transactions include the financing of a coal-fired power generation project in East Java, Indonesia and a geothermal power plant in Indonesia, the merger of four state owned banks into a largest Indonesian state owned bank, the debt restructuring of a major national flag carrier airlines company in Indonesia, the Murabaha (Islamic) financing to a major Indonesian telecommunication provider by a syndicate of commercial lenders for the purchase of telecommunication equipment.
