Summit (Feng) Chen is the senior partner of Dentons Shanghai Office. Mr Chen has extensive theoretical knowledge and experience in law and economics, with specialties in Insurance, M&A, Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency, Construction Engineering and Infrastructure, Banking, Finance, and Manufacturing (Automotive/Aviation). Besides, he possesses a wealth of experiences in dealing with difficult litigation cases.

• Advised on the Allianz SE’s establishment of the first wholly foreign-owned insurance holding company in China;
• Advised on the acquisition by a listed energy company of the Spanish Eolia Renovables de Inversiones, S.C.R, S.A.'s 33 solar and wind power plant portfolio projects;
• Advised Shanghai Qingpu District government of the first Shanghai new urbanization PPP project (with an investment scale of 12 billion Yuan);
• Represent Suning.com in its 17 Factoring Contract Disputes caused by Shanghai Mosan Fraud Case.
