Shailendra is a Partner in the Firm with over 20 years’ experience in projects, infrastructure and regulatory assignments. He has advised on several PPP/PFI projects across sectors including finalising transaction structure, drafting of project and financing documents, besides representing clients before arbitral tribunal, CERC, SERC, High Court and Supreme Court.

• Provided transaction and regulatory advisory to a German manufacturing company on its investment in a SPV to set-up a solar captive power plant in India. Scope of work involved drafting term sheets and definitive agreements (PPA, SHA, SSA and CCA).
• Advised IntelliSmart, a JV of NIIF and EESL on its bid submission(s) for various projects such as, inter alia, ‘Appointment of AMI Service Provider for Smart Prepaid Metering in Uttar Pradesh’ and queries in relation to standard bidding document for such projects.
• Advised AGCL on legal issues in ongoing and potential transactions, such as contractual disputes arising out of contract for transportation of natural gas.
• Advised MWRRA in relation to revamping existing legislative framework for Water Sector.
• Advised IWAI in relation to drafting transaction documents and developing asset management and operation framework for Ganga-Bhagirathi-Hooghly river system from Haldia to Allahabad, National Waterway-1 which passes through the States of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
• Advised IPRCL in relation to implementation of BR Chord Line Project for implementation of prestigious Sagarmala project to provide last mile rail connectivity and internal rail projects of Major Ports.
