Sasha Vujacic

Mr. Sasha Vujacic, Attorney at Law, started his professional work in 1986, after completing his studies at the Law Faculty of Podgorica University.

During early stages of foreign investments in Montenegro Mr. Vujacic started with representation of first foreign companies establishing their business here and further actively participated as their counsel. He has a broad range of expertise in corporate and commercial law, banking and finances, privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, real estate, energy law, litigations etc.

• Advising EUROPEAN BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT and KFW IPEX-BANK GMBH with respect to the € 98 million financing project of the first Wind Power Plant – Krnovo in Montenegro, preparing due diligence as well as issuing the legal opinions and provided legal assistance in the drafting and negotiation of security documents.
• Advising CAPITAL INVESTMENT LLC ABU DHABI with respect to the € 140 million real estate project of the Capital Plaza /Atlas Capital Center the biggest mall in Montenegro.
• Advising BNDES–Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento, Brazil, in the USD 67 million project of the financing of aircrafts for Montenegro Airlines as local legal advisors supporting the Client in preparing of many agreements and other documents (the Funding Agreement, the Lease Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Assignment of Insurance etc.), as well as in litigation process for the debt collection and aircraft return.
