Sascha Schulz is a corporate / m&a partner at Schoenherr Vienna with a focus on public m&a transactions and special situations in listed stock corporations. He frequently advises national and international clients on a broad range of complex corporate matters, including América Móvil in its public takeover offer for Telekom Austria, Starwood Capital in building its core stake in CA IMMO or IMMOFINANZ as the target in the competing offers by CPI Property and S IMMO. Prior to joining Schoenherr, Sascha headed the office of the Austrian Takeover Commission.
