Sarah Packington’s practice comprises corporate finance matters including corporate restructurings, start-ups, private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border securities business.  She advises domestic and international institutions on regulatory and compliance matters related to the securities industry; registers and advises asset managers, securities and investment advisors, broker-dealers and administrators with the Securities Commission.

• Assisting with the corporate reorganization of an international brewing/distillery operation.
• Advising on the private equity offering of a major utility provider.
• Advised on the corporate restructuring and subsequent sale of a major medical tourism company in The Bahamas
• Assisted in several private offerings in the domestic market totalling over $150 million.
• Acted for a major US private bank in connection with its establishment as an investment firm in The Bahamas.
