Rita Folhadela

Rita is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice. With several years of professional experience as a lawyer, she specialises in civil and commercial litigation, and insolvency and restructuring.

She has handled a wide range of in-court restructuring operations, including PERs (special revitalisation processes), and out-of-court processes like the RERE (the out-of-court corporate recovery scheme).

Rita advises creditors and debtors in all stages of these processes. Her main focus is on advising large corporate clients, in particular, banks and companies from a wide range of sectors.
