Biography
Ramakant Rai is Partner, Trilegal, and is part of the Corporate practice group. He has diverse experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt funding and insolvency resolution. He has represented leading multinational companies in various merger and acquisition deals. He has assisted several financial institutions in various debt funding transactions. Ramakant has advised various resolution professionals, creditors and resolution applicants in relation to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
