Now managing partner of Morales & Justiniano, he held the same position in SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. He was included in Asian Legal Business’ list of “100 pre-eminent Asia-Pacific Lawyers” and Asian Business Law Journal’s “A-list of Philippine Lawyers.”  He authored The Philippine General Banking Law (Annotated) and The Philippine Securities Regulation Code (Annotated).

• Acted as legal counsel to Private Infra Dev Corporation (a subsidiary of San Miguel Holdings Corp.) in connection with the successful refinancing of its multi-billion peso loan facility from a syndicate of local banks for the TPLEX expressway project
