Ms. Xu began practicing law in 2003 with Tian Yuan Law Firm in Shanghai, where she was a partner. In her over 20 years of practice, Ms. Xu has focused on securities, mergers and acquisitions, asset restructurings, and overseas financings. She has advised dozens of PRC companies on their listing and financing deals both domestically and overseas. She has also represented multiple domestic and overseas clients in their acquisition, joint venture, and restructuring transactions.
With extensive experience in investments and financings, M&A and restructurings, and onshore and offshore listings, Ms. Xu has acted as lead counsel in landmark capital market deals across industries such as healthcare, food, chemical engineering, finance, logistics, and energy, providing legal services to renowned corporate names such as Yihai Kerry Arawana, Everbright Securities, Sinopharm, Eastern Air Logistics (EAL), Huitongda, Menian Onehealth, and ECADI.
