Partner of the Firm in the Financial, Securities and Corporate practice in the Mexico City office. He has developed his practice for more than 16 years, focusing on domestic and international transactions, including structuring and restructuring of loans, securitizations, factoring, leasing, financing, creation of real and personal guarantees; as well as capital markets, financial technology (fintech) mergers and acquisitions, incorporation and organization of entities, and other financial and corporate transactions.
Author of several publications on financial and labor issues.
He worked as foreign legal counsel at Jackson Walker LLP in Houston.
