Mr. Yip specializes in US international and China-Hong Kong cross-border taxation in the areas of funds, M&A, private clients and family offices.

Patrick previously worked in San Francisco and Washington DC at Deloitte’s National Tax Office. He has been consulted by tax and regulatory authorities on emerging tax issues and initiatives. He is regularly published and interviewed by the press and media. He is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). He is both a CPA (USA and Hong Kong) and an attorney-at-law (California).
