• Goldman Sachs in relation to the financing of the purchase by Bain Capital of an NPL portfolio sold by Piraeus Bank-Project Amoeba
• Alpha Bank, Eurobank, NBG and Piraeus Bank in relation to the on- going sale of equity and debt restructuring of the Greek sea farm companies Nireus and Selonda
• Nexans Participations S.A. in its voluntary tender offer to acquire 100% of the shares of Nexans Hellas S.A.
• Alpha Bank on its acquisition of the retail banking business of Citibank in Greece (asset deal) and on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Diners Club Greece S.A.;
• The preferred bidder (Fraport-Copelouzos consortium) with respect to the tender process for the awarded concession of the management, operation and maintenance of 14 regional airports;
• HRADF in the completed sale of 66% in DESFA, the gas transmission system operator in Greece; 
• Avialliance GmbH in connection with the extension of the concession of the Athens International Airport;
• GMR Group Limited with respect to the concession of the planned new international airport in Heraklion, Crete;
