Nebojša Marić is the Managing Partner of Marić & Co Law Firm in Sarajevo. He has more than 15 years of experience advising banks, international financial institutions, multinational corporations and leading domestic groups on complex transactions, financings and regulatory matters in Bosnia and Herzegovina. His practice is focused on banking and finance, including acquisition finance, syndicated lending and structured financing arrangements, as well as M&A transactions.
He regularly leads mandates involving project development in the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors, including concession frameworks, regulatory approvals and multi-stakeholder negotiations. A substantial part of his work has a cross-border dimension and requires coordination with international law firms and multilateral institutions.

- Advised United Group on local law financing and regulatory aspects relating to its telecommunications operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including review of financing structure, security considerations and sector-specific approvals.
- Represented Dundee Precious Metals / Adriatic Metals in relation to concession agreements and regulatory matters concerning the Vareš mining project, including analysis of concession fees, land rights, infrastructure access and interaction with cantonal authorities.
- Advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on local law aspects of financing transactions extended to financial institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including review of loan documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Represented a syndicate of domestic banks in secured financing transactions granted to industrial companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including preparation and perfection of security documentation under local law.
