Natasha is an Associate at the firm. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, Uganda, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda.
She is a member of the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society.
She specializes in banking and finance law. Her experience involves advising several banks and customers on different legal issues including; asset-based lending, asset finance, bilateral and syndicated lending, financial institutions regulation, drafting, review and negotiation of financing documents and opinion letters and perfection of securities. She has carried out due diligences on behalf of the banks in respect of potential customers and legal compliance requirements.
She has advised companies and individuals on legal, regulatory and transactional matters, including regulatory affairs, legal due diligence, corporate finance, commercial contracts, compliance and risk, company law and company secretarial matters.
