Natalia specialises in all aspects of energy law, including electricity and gas market regulation. She has excellent analytical and practical skills in resolving complex issues on the Ukrainian energy market drafting regulations and preparing proposals to amend the current legislation taking into account interests of the market participants, drafting and amending a wide range of agreements with the large national and foreign counterparties (including supply, construction projects, services). Her experience also includes legal support of significant construction, reconstruction and maintenance projects for power plants.
Natalia also has extensive experience in advising on the procurement process according to Ukrainian legislation, interacting with the law enforcement institutions, assisting with various environmental matters and resolving disputes with consumers of the licenced services.
She has experience in conducting scientific research in the field of investment law.
Before joining Sayenko Kharenko, Natalia worked for several state-owned energy companies.
