Nafisa has long focused on Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Reorganization, Acquisition and Disposal of Non-performing Assets, Debt Restructuring and Pre-restructuring, Corporate and institutional debt crisis public relations. She has handled several large-scale complex bankruptcy reorganization and distressed M&A cases which induced wide influence both at home and abroad. With excellent legal services, Nafisa has gained recognition and trust from clients and the media. - Advised Harbin Gong Da High-Tech Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. and four affiliates on their consolidated bankruptcy restructuring, involving total debt of nearly CNY 12 billion.
- Acted as court-appointed administrator in the bankruptcy liquidation of Shanghai Q&K Public Rental Housing Rental Management Co., Ltd., involving claims and receivables exceeding CNY 700 million.
- Acted as administrator in the consolidated restructuring of Shanshan Group Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Pengze Trade Co., Ltd., involving nearly CNY 40 billion in debt and the restructuring of the controlling shareholder of a globally competitive listed company.
- Advised on the consolidated restructuring of Zhejiang Peninsula Ship Industry Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Panzhi Shipbuilding & Repairing Co., Ltd., involving liabilities of nearly CNY 1.5 billion.
- Advised Avenue Capital Group on its investment, alongside Jinko Power, in 268MW of distributed residential photovoltaic assets across Henan, Jiangxi and Jiangsu, valued at nearly CNY 1 billion.
