Biography
Morten Winther has considerable experience advising both Norwegian and foreign clients on public and private M&A transactions, reorganizations and restructurings. His areas of competence include company law, contract law, securities law and general financial law. He also assists Norwegian and foreign investment banks, investment funds and PE funds on a regular basis in relation to both regulatory issues and transactional issues.
Recent transactional highlights: Advising the Norwegian real estate fund Swiss Real Estate AS on the sale of their MCHF 300 portfolio of Swiss real estate.
