Moegi Shirakawa

Moegi Shirakawa has been engaged in a broad range of matters at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune since she joined the firm in 2003. She focuses on a variety of corporate matters such as issuance of securities in both international and domestic capital markets and other finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions. She also acts as a member of the Business Accounting Council of the Financial Services Agency, and an outside director of H.U. Group Holdings, Inc.
