Maximilian Lang is a partner at Schoenherr Vienna, where he specialises in M&A transactions and Austrian corporate law. Maximilian has substantial experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions with major domestic and international clients. Prior to joining Schoenherr in 2013, Maximilian worked at a large national law firm (2010-13) as an associate in the M&A practice group.
