Martin is a Partner and Head of the Corporate team at Mason Hayes & Curran. He has extensive international experience in corporate law and has acted in some of the most high-profile M&A transactions in Ireland in recent years.

Martin focuses on advising Irish and international businesses on venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions. His broad experience of both buy-side and sell-side mandates helps drive transactions to completion.
