Marta advises clients of different sectors, on matters of corporate and capital restructuring, and on the negotiation of commercial contracts. In M&A transactions, Marta has been coordinating legal due diligence teams, advising financial entities, target companies, vendors and buyers in the drafting and negotiation of SPA’s and further agreements, as well as on required procedings before the competent regulatory entities.
