Biography
Marko Kallay is a partner at the KALLAY & PARTNERS Ltd. and its founder.
In the course of his rich career he engaged in various legal activities and became a legal expert in banking and finance. He advised numerous local and international corporations, including banks, investment funds and insurance companies. Marko is also well known for his work on the management of major investment projects, in particular infrastructural projects financed by the European Union, public procurement, mergers & acquisitions, and has extensive experience in representing large international corporations in their transactions in the Republic of Croatia.
