Biography
As an Associate Partner, MarÍa Luisa is part of the firm's Projects and Infrastructure team. She is a lawyer from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Lima.
She has more than 25 years providing advice on the development and financing of projects, public-private partnerships (PPPs), Project Finance and regulatory matters in the energy, Oil & Gas, transport, sanitation and telecommunications sectors, among others. In recent years, he has also provided legal advice on financing and investment to financial institutions, investment funds, multilaterals and other investors.
