Biography
Marcus Winqvist assists Swedish and foreign companies as well as “business angels” and entrepreneurs on issues related to company transfers, corporate law, capital acquisition and commercial contracts.
Marcus works mainly within corporate law and company acquisitions in a number of different sectors, for both Swedish and foreign clients. He often advises entrepreneurs and business angels on issues linked to capital procurement for developing companies. In addition to the above, Marcus work with reviewing, drawing up and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, such as agency, retail, cooperation, manufacturing and purchase agreements. He also lectures every term on the in-depth course in limited company law at Lund University.
