Marcelo Mansur Haddad

Marcelo counsels insurance, reinsurance and pension companies on regulatory and corporate matters, including M&A transactions, distribution contracts, claim regulations and litigation. He has been actively involved in some of Brazil’s most significant transactions and claims matters in the recent times.

An adjunct professor at the Fundação Getulio Vargas Business School, Marcelo is also the author of numerous publications on insurance and reinsurance law.
