Marc Elvinger joined the firm after running a private practice for ten years.
Marc has extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation as well as in international arbitration. He also has a wide practice in administrative law and litigation, including matters such as public procurement, immigration law, urbanism and environment. Besides litigation, he practises contract, company and banking law on a regular basis.
Marc has published on a wide variety of matters relating to, inter alia, human rights, administrative law, banking law and construction law.
