• Local legal counsel for Neoen, the third largest producer of renewable energy, headquartered in France, and its Salavadorian subsidiary Provicencia Solar, for a US$150,700MM credit agreement for the construction, operation and maintenance of a 100MWp commercial solar photovoltaic power plan in El Salvador. 
• Legal counsel for Vijosa Laboratories for a US$40MM credit agreement for the construction of a new plant that would quadrupule production of their pharmaceutical products.

• Provided legal advice on a landmark matter for Telemovil El Salvador, a Millicom subsidiary, on the requirements before the regulator related to the issuance of e-money and e-business in general.

•  

  Assisted Aeroman (MRO Holdings) in obtaining the authorization to operate as a BPO and provided advice on the commercial lease agreement worth approximately US$3MM.

• Obtained an increase of a syndicated credit for Telus International, Inc., a case involving 13 jurisdictions with an approximate value of US$470MM.
