Luís Miguel Vasconcelos

Luís is a managing associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices. He has 8 years' professional experience advising on structured finance, corporate finance, financial derivatives, debt issuance and banking regulatory transactions. He attended the LLM Law in a European and Global Context at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon and the post-graduate course in Securities Law at the Securities Institute of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. Luís returned to PLMJ in 2022 after working as a legal consultant at Haitong Bank.
