• Counselled local shareholders of advertising agency 141 Soho Square in the partial sales of its shares to worldwide leading advertising agency, WPP.
• Advised Brazilian giant low-cost gym franchise, Smart Fit, in its entrance to the Central American market. 
• Legal advice to TVS (one of India´s largest motorcycle manufacturers) in the termination of commercial relationships with current distributors in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica, and the appointment of new distributors.
• Represented local shareholders of public relations consulting company Hill + Knowlton in the partial purchase of shares from worldwide leading advertising agency, WPP.
