• Representing PT Bhumi Jati Power on every aspect of the development of the Tanjung Jati 5 & 6 project, and attending to the financing transaction of the project
• Legal counsel to a group of lenders led by The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. and Mizuho Bank, Ltd. for the loan to PT Smelting
• Representing PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Jakarta Branch and Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia with respect to the granting of IDR5.2 trillion credit facilities to PT Cemindo Gemilang to finance construction of a cement plant in Banten and two grinding plants in Ciwandan and Balikpapan
• Advisory work for Lestari Listrik and PT Lestari Banten Energi on various aspects of the development of the Banten Coal-Fired Power Plant 1 x 660 MW, including obtaining  credit facilities amounting to USD730 million
• Representing PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk, PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in relation to the financing of three PLN's coal fired power plants projects
